Here’s an old one, from Canadian worship/rock band Starfield. According to Wikipedia, Starfield is a multiple Covenant Award winning Christian music worship group from Winnipeg, Manitoba. This track, here in acoustic format, has been a popular song in the past at my home church back in Toronto:Filled With Your Glory written by brothers Jon and Tim Neufeld.[audio:http://www.sixsteps.org/wp-content/uploads/03-filled-with-your-glory-acoustic.mp3%5DLyrics here:Verse 1:In my heart in my heart, there’s a fire burninga passion deep within my soulnot slowing down not growing coldan unquenchable flame that keeps burning brightera love that’s blazing like the sunfor who You are and what you’ve donePreChorus 1:and as the fire is raging onso your praise becomes my songChorus:The whole earth is filled with your glory, LordAngels and Men adoreCreation longs for what’s in storeMay you be honored and glorifiedexalted and lifted highHere at Your feet I lay my lifeVerse 2:From the ends of the earth, to the heights of HeavenYour glory, Lord, is far and wideThrough history you reign on highFrom the depths of the sea, to the mountain’s summitYour power, Lord, it knows no boundsA higher love cannot be foundPreChorus 2:So let the universe proclaimyour great power and your great nameChorus 2:The whole earth is filled with your glory, LordMountains bow and oceans roarCreation longs for what’s in storeMay you be honored and glorifiedexalted and lifted highHere at Your feet I lay my life??2004 Birdwing Music (a div. of EMI Christian Music Publishing) Starfield DesigneeAll rights reserved.
