George Eldon Ladd, Crucial Questions about the Kingdom of God, 21-22, quoted in
John A. D’Elia, A Place at the Table: George Eldon Ladd and the Rehabilitation of Evangelical Scholarship in America??(New York, NY: Oxford University Press, 2008), 42.
